Act 310 Nonprofit Grants Application

The evaluation committee established by Act 310 has opened applications for the Act 310 Nonprofit Grants Program, made possible through emergency funding approved by the Hawaiʻi State Legislature. The program supports nonprofits across the islands who have been impacted by changes in federal funding, helping ensure essential services continue for Hawaiʻi’s communities.

Act 310 (SB 933) allocates $50 million in state funding to support nonprofits delivering critical services in healthcare, human services, childcare, education, homelessness, and food security.
